Hi, I’m Nan-Chi, a curious explorer of the coffee world. My path into coffee wasn’t planned, but it felt natural. What started as fascination with flavor slowly grew into something deeper: a desire to understand the people, processes, and plants behind every cup.

I was born in Taiwan and now live in Switzerland, two very different landscapes that shape how I see the world. Coffee has become my bridge between cultures, a way to stay grounded while staying curious. I’m especially drawn to the sensory world, and I’m currently learning more about processing methods and post-harvest practices.
